First of all, shout out to Pavlos for AMAZING service. I would email him from abroad and he would always answer all my questions very promptly. He set up my transfer services when I arrived at night time. His recommendations are very good. The facility is very cute and clean but a bit outdated. We stayed in the Double Room with a Caldera View. The little balcony view is stunning. Word of advice though- clean up all the dried plants outside the balcony because it ruins the view a little. The daily breakfast in bed was amazing, but I wish they would change it up a bit. The shower is very small. But the bathrooms are clean. The location is a good 15-20min walk into town... no less than that. The price is a little steep but overall everywhere is pricey if you want the Caldera View. I would definitely recommend it and come back. But... now that I’ve been to Santorini, I would see if there are other more updated rooms available closer to town with the view. But would not discard this place. In regards to activities, the sunset cruise is very nice but next time I’d book it with less people. And you do need to know how to swim- no life jackets are provided. The all day bus tour is very good, it covers a lot of places. It does not go to Santos Winery. You need to book that separately. But it did go to the wine museum. Enjoy!

The property is at very prime location. We have bus stop near so that we can travel to different places. The view is very beautiful from balcony rooms. Rooms are very clean and decorated. Fantastic breakfast is given in morning....!!!

We really enjoyed our stay we where treated so good so well through all our stay the transfer was always on time even earlier, we where received by Rania that really make all our stay even better, she brought our breakfast in the first day to our room with perfect timing, she help us through reservations in restaurants, transfers, scuba diving, catamaran experience, with her everything in our holidays was just perfect, me and my mum really gonna miss Santorini and specially Rania ❤❤

The manager Pavlos was excellent, he met with us gave us advice and was an amazing host. I can not recommend his service highly enough. The views from the rooftop are amazing some of the best in Santorini. Many tour guides take guests to right next to the hotel to take pictures.

We stayed in room #6 and enjoyed the view from the balcony. The rooftop view of caldera is really breathtaking and is probably the best in town. Breakfast is excellent and hospitality is great. We asked for packed breakfast as we had to leave early morning one day and it was made available without any problem. Very clean room with functional AC and decent housekeeping service. Great location in Ferostefani, close to the bus stop on Fira-Oia bus line. The most photographed church with blue dome is right next to the property. The walk up the property from main road is a bit of a climb. Wifi signal is not great inside the room.

Would return & would recommend. Pros: incredibly nice & helpful staff great location, 15 min walk into Fira town along scenic costal path. Bus stop to Fira/oia 2 min walk from property Rooms cleaned very thoroughly Lovely breakfast each day which you can bring on a tray to balcony of your room/terrace overlooking caldera or garden/terrace out front Hotel can arrange pick up from ferry etc for 15 euros (we paid 25 euros to share taxi with total strangers on way back to ferry!) Fabulous views if you get balcony or from communal terrace Close to lots of eating options in firostefani (try aktaion around the corner) or gallinis for nice but overpriced drinks :) Cons Shower on the small side (I can live with this!) Wifi slow at times as in a lot of hotels we stayed in
